Do I need to have experience to be able to sell?
NOPE, you don't have to have prior solar experience! We prefer experienced Solar Pros who are used to selling multiple deals per week, as they will be able to maintain those results with less effort.
BUT, with over 120 Reps across the country, we have reps who have come from many industries, such as, Life Insurance, Debt Collection, Door-to-Door Sales, Real Estate, etc
We will train new solar reps and fine tune you through our killer scripts, recordings, weekly sales trainings, and 1 on 1 training to help perfect your sales skills.
What's the average monthly results for your sales reps?
New Solar Reps based on 35 hours per week get a minimum of 4-5 Deals (2-3 installs) their first month. This equates to $7,000-18,000 paid out monthly based on deal sizes.
Experienced Solar Pros, based on 35 hours per week, hit an average of 8-10 Deals (4-7 Installs) their first month. This equates to $15,000-$70,000 paid out monthly based on deal sizes.

What do I need to have to be able to do the job?
All you need for the job is a computer, some wifi, and preferably wireless earphones or a headset. Then, if you want a coffee shop, a beach, or any other view, that's totally up to you.
What if I don't make any sales?
If you dial the minimum 20 hours per week and don't make any sales in your first 30 Days, we refund 100% of your Homeowner Data System fee.
